  1. Slice the onion, grate the garlic (I use my mortar to make the garlic black pepper paste). Prepare a big saucepan, heat it, and put the oil. Boil till both vegetables are ready./Sambil menunggu daging lebih empuk, cuci bersih dan potong semua sayuran, setelah daging siap (dicicipi) masukkan kentang dan wortel. Rebus hingga kedua sayuran siap.
  5. Then add the cauliflower keep boiling it till wilted. When the cauliflower ready, add the tomatoes, spring onions, and celery. Continue to boil for 5 minutes more./Kemudian tambahkan kembang kol terus rebus hingga layu. Jika kembang kol sudah siap, tambahkan tomat, daun bawang, dan seledri. Lanjutkan mendidih selama 5 menit lagi.
  6. Beef bones soup is ready to serve for dinner accompanied with white rice or bread (my husband is eating it with bread) and sambal kecap (chili sweet soy sauce)./Sop tulang sapi siap disajikan untuk makan malam ditemani nasi putih atau roti (suami saya memakannya dengan roti) dan sambal kecap (sambal kecap manis).
