- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped pista

- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 cardamom powdered

- When the dates mix is still warm transfer it onto an aluminum foil greased with ghee. And with the help of greased rolling pin roll it into rectangle shape.
- In the centre places the dry fruits mix and bring the ends together to form a log. Cover it in the edges too. Spread roasted sesame seeds on the foil.
- Roll the dates log on sesame seeds and cover with the aluminum foil. Once cool down refrigerate for 20 mins.
- Remove the log from refrigerator and along with foil cut into small roundels. Remove the foil.
