- Then wrap the entire log with plastic wrap after it’s formed and refrigerate it for 30 minutes-1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove the log from the refrigerator, unwrap and cut the log into 1/4 inch thick slices to make the cookies and place them on an uncreased cookie sheet approximately 2 inches a part. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are set.
- Remove the the oven, cool for approximately 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
